WHAT WORKS FOR YOU?
The whole idea is that this way of life can be followed by any person in any circumstance. Single, with small children, elderly, middle aged and working hard, running a church or maybe a fulltime carer for a family member. But the whole idea is to make time, however small, to practice a rule of life in order to grow as a person towards God, in your own character, and how you engage with those around you. Including the key areas in some sort of pattern is key - that pattern needs to be workable in your circumstance.
